Chocolate Fudge 2

Ingredients:
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 squares unsweetened chocolate
- 1 small can evaporated milk (2/3 cup)
- 2 tablespoon corn syrup
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions:
- Combine sugar, salt, chocolate, evaporated milk and corn syrup
- Heat stirring constantly until sugar dissolved and chocolate melts
- Put thermometer in. Cook repidly without stirring, to 236 degrees
- Remove from heat. Add butter and vanilla. No stirring. Cool to lukewarm
- Beat 2 or 3 minutes or until fudge starts to thicken and lose its glossiness
- Pour into buttered dish
