Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 3/4 cups cooked pumpkin
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspon cloves
- 1 2/3 cups evaporated milk
- 1 to 9 inch unbaked pastry shell
Instructions:
Mix ingredients in order given. Pour into pastry shell. Bake in hot oven (400 degrees F.) for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to moderate (325 degrees F.) and continue baking 45 minutes or until knife in center comes out clean.
