Ginger Snap Cookies

Preparation Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup mild molasses
- 1 tablespoon powder ginger
- 1 tablespon soda
- 3 1/2 to 4 cups flour (or enough to make fairly stiff dough)

Instructions:
Sift flour and soda together. Add sugar, ginger and molasses. Melt butter in microwave to liquid and add to the mixture. Mix as for other cookies. Poll in walnut size balls. Dip in granulated sugar. Bake at 300 degree F. for 8-10 minutes.
