Rice Pudding

Ingredients:
- 4 cups water
- 2 cups white rice
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 10 cups milk
- 1 cup butter
- 8 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 6 teaspoons vanilla

Instructions:
- Bring water, rice and salt to a boil and cook 7 minutes.
- Add milk and butter and bring to a boil
- Reduce heat, cover and simmer about 25 minutes.
- Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla and add to rice mixture
- Remove from heat. Serve warm with butter, sugar and cinnamon. Or cool and serve with whipped cream, sugar and cinnamon
