Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup powder sugar
- 2 cups sifted flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
Instructions:
- Roll into 1 inch balls. While hot, roll in powder sugar. Cool, roll in sugar again. Place in 325 degree oven for 8-10 minutes

Cereal Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vailla
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup cereal such as corn flakes
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
Instructions:
Mix and drop by spoonfuls onto greased cooky sheet. Bake at 325 degrees F. for approximately 10 minutes until light golden brown.

- Sift flour, soda and salt together. Melt button in microwave to liquid. Add sugar to butter gradually, beating until smooth. Add egg and beat. Melt chocolate over hot water and stir into mixture along with vanilla. Stir in buttermilk, sifted dry ingredients and walnuts. Drop from teaspoon onto greased cooky sheets. Bake 12 to 15 minuts.

- Beat eggs together well
- Add sugar gradually and beat well
- Melt butter and chocolate over hot water
- Sift flour, baking powder and salt
- Mix flour mixture into egg mixture

- Bake at 325 degrees F for approximately 25 minutes

- 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 cup butter

- Spread date mixture on top
- Add remaining crumbs
- Bake 1/2 hour in 350 degrees oven

Ingredients:

- 2 cup milk
- 2 cup cream
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoon vanilla

- Mix all ingredients gently and strain
- In a pan, brown the sugar and pour around
- Pour into baking dish and set dish into pan of water so that water comes up about half way on the baking dish
- Bake about 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees F.

- 1 cup soft butter
- 1 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 3 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 12 ounce package chocolate chips, melted

- Mix all together
- Spread about 1 inch thick in a pan. Or, spread 1/2 of melted chocolate in the bottom of the pan.
- Mix 1st 4 ingredients and spread on top of chocolate
- Spread remaining chocoate on top
- Cool, and then cut into desired size pieces.
